It's funny how what we eat has such a huge impact on us. Not just how we look physically, but how we operate mentally. Don't let people tell you that the only way to manage your ADHD is to immediately get a prescription for some sort of stimulants like Adderall or Ritalin. Medication is an option that has helped tons of people, but it is a decision that people take as their last option.
I've chosen to go the unmedicated route and here are some supplements that I take daily to help me daily with my ADHD. All of these are just my opinions based upon what I believed to have helped me. For more in-depth advice please consult a medical professional.
Biotin
Ashwagandha
Equate Men's One Daily Multivitamin
Biotin

Although, biotin is absolutely great for your hair, skin, and nails. My time taking it has made my skin not only glow but I did notice a difference when taking biotin. Biotin or vitamin B7 is most commonly found in foods such as eggs, nuts, avocado, or some green leafy vegetables.
According to an article by NetDoctor.co one of the symptoms of a vitamin b7 deficiency is mild depression and poor motor functions, which is also an ADHD symptom. If I am completely wrong and this has not helped me at least I have glowing skin and healthy hair because of the biotin!
Ashwagandha

Now if you're familiar with Ashwagandha you know it is not a supplement. Ashwagandha is a plant that has proven to have huge benefits when taken. It's been proven through many studies to help with depression and anxiety. Out of all the three, I stand by this the most because I believe it is has caused the biggest change in my moods.
Having ADHD can cause depression anxiety and just overall emotional regulation. Since beginning taking the Ashwagandha Powder, I feel like I've done a complete 180 in terms of my emotions. I'm way more satisfied with everyday life and I don't find myself being just outright sad like I was before.
Men's Daily Multivitamin

This one was recommended to me by my therapist in hope that some of the vitamins it contains would help alleviate some of my ADHD symptoms. I'm not sure which vitamin helped the most from the daily multivitamin but it has helped tremendously. The multivitamin I take is just the basic Walmart brand Equate Men's Daily Multivitamin.
I started taking this before the previous two and it made me much more able to hold my attention to one particular task. Not as good as I would want to be, but it has become exponentially better. The multivitamin contains Vitamins A, B, C, D, and E. Along with a lot of other vitamins, but the most important one that I think helps the most with my ADHD is Zinc.
There have been many studies that support that people with ADHD have a zinc deficiency. Getting more zinc for people with ADHD can reduce hyperactivity and impulsiveness but unfortunately will not help the inattentiveness.
Takeaway
ADHD is a super complex disorder that is still undergoing new discoveries every day. It, unfortunately, does not have a cure but can be managed very easily compared to other neurodevelopmental disorders. As of now, I am not taking any stimulant medications and these are some things that have helped me throughout my ADHD journey.
For better advice please consult a medical professional. These again are just what I believed to have helped me and may or may not help someone else.
